This class is suitable for all levels of experience

Pastries and coffee on arrival and mid morning refreshments.

This class will teach you how to make sweet yeasted brioche dough. During the morning you will learn how to scale and shape your doughnuts, understand how to prove them ready for frying and then fill them with a range of fillings. You will leave the class with 6 filled doughnuts and the dough to make 6 more at home, all packed in your new Two Magpies tote bag.

There will be plenty of opportunity for you to ask any questions, and trouble shoot your doughs.

Due to time constraints we will be using some pre-made (filling) components during the class but you will go away with all the recipes for classic Two Magpies fillings and leave the class with the knowledge to create your own masterpieces.


Arrive at 0900 for a 0930 start.
