WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR REAL BREAD BAKERS, PASTRY CHEFS AND BREAKFAST/LUNCH CHEFS (FOR OUR SERVICE MENU)

THESE POSITIONS WILL INVOLVE SOME EARLY STARTS AND WEEKEND WORK. WE ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK.

BAKERS: IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE OF LONG FERMENTED BREADS AND HAND-MOULDING HOWEVER WE WOULD CONSIDER A KEEN TRAINEE BAKER WHO IS A TEAM PLAYER WITH A CAN-DO ATTITUDE!

PASTRY CHEFS: YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN THE DAY TO DAY PRODUCTION OF SWEET (AND SOME SAVOURY) ITEMS FOR OUR SHOPS AND CAFE’S. IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE KITCHEN EXPERIENCE BUT A CAN-DO ATTITUDE AND TEAM PLAYER WILL TICK A LOT OF BOXES!

SERVICE/PRODUCTION CHEFS: THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE THE DAY TO DAY PRODUCTION OF SAVOURY ITEMS FOR SALE IN OUR SHOPS AS WELL AS A LIMITED SERVICE MENU (SEE OUR MENU ON THE WEBSITE TO GET AN IDEA OF WHAT WE DO).
