In this course we’ll cover Swiss and Italian methods to create a selection of meringue based sweet items such as tarts, buttercreams, mini cakes, almond cookies as well as our trademark giant meringues.

Perfect meringue is a great skill to master and only takes two ingredients – egg whites and sugar. From this stage, a huge variety of outcomes can be created!

Course members will leave with at least 6 creations you have made that day. Due to time constraints some of the components will be pre-made for use during the class, however all of our recipes will be shared to take away.
