WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR:
real bread bakers:
Ideally you will have some experience of long fermented breads and hand-moulding. However we will always consider a keen trainee bakery with a can-do attitude!
This involves the day to day production of the sweet (and some savoury) products for our shops and cafes. Some kitchen experience is welcomed, but a team player with a positive attitude and love of pastry will also tick the right boxes!
Someone with a willingness to learn and create! Our production chef will be in charge of the savoury items on sale in our shops and cafes, as well as the small menu we offer. Pop into our cafe or have a look at our menu to see if this sounds like you.
THESE POSITIONS WILL INVOLVE SOME EARLY STARTS AND WEEKEND WORK. WE ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK.
